The Pitch 27.2 mm Mesh Top Modular Belt features an open pattern design that facilitates excellent drainage and air flow, making it ideal for washing, drying, and cooling processes. This design ensures that water, cleaning solutions, or small debris can easily pass through the belt while securely conveying products on its surface. The smooth upper surface provides gentle handling of delicate items, reducing the risk of product damage. Additionally, the fully flush edges enhance the belt's durability and ease of cleaning, ensuring a hygienic environment essential for industries like food processing and pharmaceuticals.

●  To accommodate the rod retention design, ensure that outer sprockets are indented 2.5 in (63.5 mm) from the edge of the belt to the center line of the sprocket.

To accommodate the rod retention design, the outer sprockets are indented 2.5 inches (63.5 mm) from the edge of the belt to the center line of the sprocket. This precise indentation ensures optimal engagement between the belt and the drive system, providing stable and reliable operation. The rod retention feature prevents lateral movement of the belt, maintaining accurate positioning throughout the conveyor system. For PE material up to 750 mm (30") -2 mm to 1 mm and -0.3% to 0.1% for wider belts.

For PP material up to 750 mm (30") -3 mm to 0 mm and -0.4% to 0% for wider belts.

For POM material up to 750 mm (30") -3 mm to 0 mm and -0.4% to 0% for wider belts.

The nominal tensile strength is valid for 21 °C. The admissible tensile force depends on the operating temperature near the drive sprockets. Within the temperature range allowed, the admissible tensile force may vary from 100% to 20% of the nominal tensile strength.
