● Open pattern with smooth upper surface and fully flush edges.
The open pattern design of the conveyor belt features a smooth upper surface and fully flush edges, which combine to offer several key benefits. The open pattern allows for better drainage and reduces the accumulation of debris, making it easier to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. The smooth upper surface ensures that products slide smoothly across the belt without the risk of snagging or catching, which is particularly important in applications involving delicate or irregularly shaped items. Additionally, the fully flush edges prevent any material from getting caught or jammed, further enhancing the belt's reliability and reducing the need for frequent maintenance.
● Provides excellent lateral movement of containers.
The design of the conveyor belt is optimized to provide excellent lateral movement of containers. This feature is crucial in applications where containers need to be accurately positioned or redirected during the conveying process. The smooth upper surface and open pattern allow containers to move laterally with minimal resistance, ensuring that they can be easily guided into specific lanes or positions. This capability enhances the efficiency of sorting and packaging operations, reducing the likelihood of product misalignment and improving overall throughput. Whether in food processing, pharmaceuticals, or general manufacturing, this lateral movement capability is essential for maintaining high productivity and quality control.

Remark:
Real belt widths are in most cases 0.1% to 0.3% smaller.
For PE material up to 750 mm (30") -2 mm to 1 mm and -0.3% to 0.1% for wider belts.
For PP material up to 750 mm (30") -3 mm to 0 mm and -0.4% to 0% for wider belts.
For POM material up to 750 mm (30") -3 mm to 0 mm and -0.4% to 0% for wider belts.
The nominal tensile strength is valid for 21 °C. The admissible tensile force depends on the operating temperature near the drive sprockets. Within the temperature range allowed, the admissible tensile force may vary from 100% to 20% of the nominal tensile strength.
